6 OF THE BEST JUMPSUITS

You might think jumpsuits are not for you but trust me, once you’ve discovered the right one, you’ll never look back. Easy to wear, good to go, they’re the answer to chic summer dressing. Here are six of my current favourites.

Warehouse has a great selection of jumpsuit this season but if you fancy trying the polka dot trend I particularly like this cold shoulder jumpsuit. I always find navy easier to wear and find it lends itself a bit more to the office too so this one will do nicely from work to weekend.

Add a blazer or denim jacket for daytime wear and then change into heels for a hot summer evening. Speaking of dots, there’s also a lovely ditsy print on this red bow jumpsuit.

A good option if you want to keep your shoulders/upper arms covered, I love the delicate bird of paradise motif on this flattering, easy to wear Tropical print wrap jumpsuit.

I love the long tie waist on this stripe linen jumpsuit which gives it a slighty vintage Roman Holiday look (perfect for sightseeing) and it also comes in a nice pale brown colour so it suits all skin tones.

This grey striped culotte jumpsuit has vacation or summer festival written all over it with its shoulder-baring halter neck but the grey stripe also has a practical, utilitarian edge. As always it’s all about the styling and I love the colourful accessories shown here but equally you could tone it down with a neutral jacket/cardigan and trainers/loafers.

And finally, for those that swear by a simple summer uniform, this black poplin jumpsuit would be a real mainstay as it would work for pretty much any occasion. Dress it up or down, add accessories or pare it back for a clean, minimal look. Oh and it has nice deep pockets which is always a bonus.

Which one takes your fancy?

Mine’s from Baukjen with a wrap front, so it’s dead easy for those visits to the ladies! Like wearing my most comfy pj’s but with loads more style. Can be dressed up with heels or done with sneakers.
So what’s not to like?
