For some reason, I’m really eager to get my Christmas on this year. I can’t wait to start making the place look merry and bright. We’re getting our tree this weekend and of course we’ll be bringing out our favourite decorations from the loft but I’d like to add to the collection with some new bits and try out one or two different ideas too. As with most things, I’m a firm believer that you don’t have to spend a lot to make things look good so this round up of my favourite festive products and ideas is one that should suit a range of budgets.
Floral dresses aren’t just for summer. Pick a suitably ‘moody bloom’ print, make it maxi in length and this is a frock you can rock all the way through until next summer. Take a look at my favourite picks from the high street.
If you’re searching for some really special Christmas gifts or treats, I’m pretty confident you’ll be able to find something at one of these two places.
When people ask me how I dress for Christmas, it always stumps me a bit. I’ve never really been into full-on party wear (I feel a bit done up) and I like to be pretty relaxed on the big day itself too. But I also like to feel special, it is an occasion after all. So when The White Company invited me to take part in their festive style challenge, I knew I’d be steering a fairly careful course between the two.
Edblad jewellery combines Swedish minimalism with a little opulent twist and I’ve been a fan since discovering it earlier in the year. Now’s your chance to win a piece from the new collection (either for yourself or to gift to someone).
After all, Christmas is a-coming!
